Al-Mutanabbi - An Autobiographical film

Al-Mutanabbi (المتنبي) (c. 915 – 23 September 965 AD)
Era: Islamic Golden Age (Middle Abbasid era)

Also known as Abu al-Tayyib Ahmad ibn al-Husayn. Generally considered the greatest Arabic poet. Born in Kufa, Iraq

From al-Kūfah, Al-Mutanabbī was a famous ‘Abbāsid Arab poet at the court of Sayf al-Dawla in Aleppo, and for whom he composed 300 folios of poetry. Much of his work has been translated into over 20 languages worldwide. The design plates are external elevations, interior perspectives, and costumes inspired by the Abbāsid era and the autobiography of the great poet, Al-Mutanabbi.
